The AM overview with the box for the warnings and recommendations is nice, but could also state some additional messages. ^^
So, what I would like to see there as well would be an information if the troop manager could not recruit something because a unit is not researched.
The warning could look like this then:
VILLAGE NAME - UNIT(S) COULD NOT BE RECRUITED - ICON FOR SMITHY WITH TOOLTIP: RESEARCH UNIT(S)
