Why no support online

What has happened to support tickets 4 days or more not even been looked at this is pretty poor guys
 
Please note that if it's a Breach of Rules ticket, those no longer gets any replies by default.

If it was something else, sometimes RL gets in the way and I'm sorry for that delay, as we strive to answer tickets the same day.
 
Our new beta administrator is very busy to answer questions in support)) now the bot is responding instead. If he answers at all. Recently, our tickets have gone unanswered for a week or more, or have been ignored altogether. After that, our team made a group decision to completely leave this server. Especially since Jirki88 said so - go play regular worlds!!

Jirka88 if you don't have time to admin this server, find someone else here!!! Don't you have any volunteers there? will, take a set of the next thing! Although I understand that the staff has been reduced everywhere!! Now there is only one regular administrator and one Chief Administrator perversion.:D:D:D
 
To what ticket you are refering? To ticket about reporting breach of rules? You will not receive answer for those tickets anymore and also players see those tickets only as "reported". To players are not shown as closed or any other status. This decision been taken on all markets of each our game, as for most times we gived players same answer.
 
i got my answer pretty quick when i did my last ticket
also, if someone get reported, they dont need to answer since admins wont tell you the investigations anyway

Pretty stupid as now we wont know if been looked at or not as will laways just show as reported ..more lazy arsed bullshit from admins/innogames ... going to the dogs and hardly worth time to bother with these days I have never known a company so poor in customer relations and half the reason why players quit ... that and all the pay to win these days

Every report is looked at. That has not changed. But since we could not share anything in regards of the investigation anyway, it makes sense to just put a note that there won't be a reply, since that reply would just be the exact same premade reply every time.

you not only do not respond to violations of the rules, but you do not react! Don't take the players for idiots! We have been playing this game for many years and we probably know a lot more about it than you do! And we also know the players we play with on this server almost from the inside out. We know who has which multiaccounts and who uses prohibited programs. But you don't care about the lantern! You haven't even checked on anyone for a long time.

And we don't need your answers. Just do your job normally! And if you can't, then go to your international server and work there! Indeed, if you spray yourself on many places of work, then it will not be good anywhere!! You have already killed this server
