Not a bug: When losing troops, population doesn't reduce

  1. Summary of the issue (title of the post)

    When losing troops (offensive/defensive), village's population remains the same as previous and doesn't reduce.

  2. Overview of the bug (description):

    If you loose all/a part of your troops, population is stuck in previous state and it doesn't reduce. So, you can't recruit more troops.
    Only when you lose a part of your troops (something around 10-50%, but it's not accurate this percentage), you can recruit more.

  3. Steps to reproduce:

    1. Open Farm tab
    2. Check population
    3. Refresh page
    4. Use another browser.

  4. Reproduction rate (Every time? Sometimes?):

    Every time

  5. Browser and Version:

    Chrome 40.0.2214.111 m
    Firefox 33.0
