Error saying not enough resources available when they are
Overview of the bug (description):
I went to upgrade timber camp to level 7 it required 191 wood,258 clay,149 iron. i had 315 wood,502 clay,210 iron in warehouse, it came up with the error not enough resources available and didn't show the building upgrade in the building Que but a few minutes later i went and looked and the timber camp and it had already been upgraded to level 7 and resources removed but seems like it didnt happen to after the upgrade was completed
Steps to reproduce:
click upgrade on any building upgrade button when you have sufficient resources available
