Current situation:
Troops are not returning from scavenging. The timer just says "almost done"

Expected situation:
Troops should be returning to rally point when timer returns to zero

We are aware of the issue and working on it. Please also always create a support ticket for this type of issue as they are not bugs but server performance issues.
