I might be mistaken, but I believe that we were supposed to get free PA every month on the 20th. Just wondering if this is still a fact?

Yes, it is around the 20th of each month. Just consider that it is Sunday today. ;)
 
So when will w1 start on Monday, we will get an Premium Points?
 
We will be restarting on Monday from 14.00 h server time actually. Free premium points will be given out on July, 1st.
