Q&D: Bug tracker reward

Hello everybody,

From a friend I heard that if you found a bug and it's confirmed you will receive a reward for this(probably premium). Is this true?

Yes it's true. If it is confirmed you can write a support ticket and will get 30 PPs..
 
Ok I have 2 more questions after I read that.

1. So what is actually a confirmed bug? Is it just when the admin sets the status to confirmed?
2. What is a ticket? Where do I have to send that?
 
A bug is confirmed, when we can reproduce it on Beta and it will be fixed. To indicate this we set the status to confirmed. Additionally we create a thread here, where the players can track which bugs have been rewarded, where they are paid out and so on.

A ticket is a support ticket.
 
ok thanks that you already put me in the list;) But what does the Jira mean?
 
Its an internal code to direct people to the corresponding bug you reported.
