Duplicate: Personal Coat of Arms

Although on Loyaute's post it was said "bug fixed" and he was rewarded I am still having issues with the coat of arms myself. Every time I click upload it takes away all options and does nothing but exiting the profile menu leaving you no way to save the changes.

Please read carefully, the thread was set to reported and not to fixed. This is a problem with very old browsers and IE, so if you use another browser like Firefox it should work fine.
