If it could be possible we should introduce a system to able payment through debit card all over the world. Accepting mastercards and maestero cards or any other cards.
This will enable many many player who don't have a credit card(including me) to regularly buy premium.

I believe PayPal (one of the current available methods of purchasing premium) can be linked to the bank account your debit card is tied to. It's much the same as a debit card.
