And I am offering that we can complete this quest for you without interfere from devs. To do it you need to create ticket.

In other words you buggered up another round with rubbish settings that do not even work/complete without support help ..just typical of the awfull admins here of late and why so many will not play untill they sort it out and make better rounds.. test server or not it still needs some draw to be fuctional or its sim city
