If you loose troops by defeating troops as an attacker, you are rewarded with odA

If you loose troops by defeating troops as a defender, you are rewarded with odD

If you support someone else who is attacked and you help defeating them, you get no OD points at all, while you should get odS points
How much?
If your units make up half of the total defensive strength of defending troops, you should get half the od points

these points should be awarded pnly 2 weeks after the battle has taken place, so you have time to recuperate... otherwise, the enemy knows that since you've lost troops, your defences have been weakened

OdS gives a positive incentive to support your fellow tribesmen and therefor benefit solidarity within a tribe.

Like the idea don't like the 2 week gap. If most of your tribe are supporting each other then the opposition are going to find it very hard to pinpoint what player let alone what village support has come from.

Might be a fair strain on server systems to do the math all the time because would it calculate each players D and how many troops were killed then give as player 1 had 60% of the D he gets 60% of the OD however if you are adding ODS then I don't think the defending player deserves ODD unless they have some of their own troops home.

If most of your tribe are supporting each other...

that's the problem
on the dutch server, tribes are small (10 members is the average)
and its common that there's only one guy supporting.
If odS would get awarded immediately, that might be a reason for people nót to support one another.

Not immediately no but the same time it took for OD to go on yes. On main worlds good true sizes are 25-45 players who will have a majority of the tribe supporting.
