this does really not make sense the way it is atm...
the popup shows "nobles in production", so you see a number of the nobles in production in this village, and then there are brackets..and in this brackets again, nobles which are in production or outside the village? its really confusing..why should you see in this popup, if nobles are outside the village? as you dont see the existing nobles (like in the village) at all in this popup, because its the other one ("existing nobles") where you see this?

As discussed in the bug tracker thread for this, the information there is not entirely useful (lets say not). This really needs to be updated, does anyone have (good) ideas for this?
You may want to look up the info in the tracker.
The * reads: The value in parenthesis indicates the number of unavailable Noblemen - they are outside of the village or still being recruited.
