Noble Train bug

When you send a noble train of 4, using the opera mode (4 pages, enter + 2) or the chrome mode (4 pages, Tab+Caps+Enter) the nobles are sent in different seconds, instead of being send in the same second as happens in normal worlds.

This behaviour is intended as we don't like this kind of timings on Beta. So we add or deduct one second randomly to all commands.
