No hover overlay for Price Reduction after cancellation of a build order.
Overview of the bug (description):
The confirmation dialogue will not show after a building has been removed from the queue unless the page has been loaded again.
The hover overlay that shows how much a price reduction will reduce the cost of a building is no longer shown after a building is removed from the build queue.
Steps to reproduce:
Add building to queue.
Remove building from queue.
Press reduce build time on anything.
No confirmation will be shown for PP usage.
Also, the hover overlay will be gone after removing something from the build queue.
Reproduction rate (Every time? Sometimes?):
I guess high. I didn't reproduce too many times. I noticed it a few times and confirmed twice.

Image 2 shows the addition of a building to the queue.
Image 3 shows the regular cancellation dialogue.
Image 4 shows that the hover overlay is gone.
Between images 4 and 5 there is no confirmation.
Image 5 shows a reduced cost purchase into queue without confirmation.
Page reloaded between 5 and 6.
Image 6 shows the hover overlay working again after the page reloads.
Image 7 shows the expected confirmation between 4 and 5, showing as expected when a building is not removed from queue.
