New Smithy system

Smithy - the building where troops can explore enhancements such example being:

helmet - for swordsmen, spearmen and archers 2%
armor - for swordsmen 2% defense
sword - 2% attack swordsmen
bow and arrow - 2% attack archers
lance - 2% attack cavalry light and heavy and spearmen
steel - 2% armor for all units, 2% appeals to all units
horseshoes - 4% speed for cavalry.
tools - 2% in ferm capacity
pickaxes - 2% production of metal
axe - axe attack 2%, 2% increased production of wood
shovel - 2% clay production tools
construction tools - 2% construction speed.

Every research to have 10 levels, every level more expensive
level 1 - from 10-20k resources to level 10 about 300k or more.


And such examples, so you can remove the flags. Research to take effect only village where is researched it costs a lot to keep you busy in developed phases of the game. When we click on the wall to show more options research:

boiling oil - 5% base defense gates
balista - 2% def
garrison wall - 2% base defense
defense moat - 5% def

Another idea is to raise the pop farms to 50k to have more epic battles
Farms will have 40 levels and players will have more troops to recruit , more resources to spend
Raising the farms, we can raise the warehouse to 600k .
