Implemented: New position for notebook in village overview

Would be nice if the notebook in the village overview would become a new position under the graphical or classical village overview.

If you have a lot of incomings or outgoing attacks you have to scroll down to see the notebook. If it would be under the village overview it would be visible all the time to see important notes etc.

Yeah, could look like that even if I would prefer to have the first line with the header, the second line with the link to edit the notebook and below that the text.

Mmm yes, this is a good idea - and one that I thought was already implemented. :s

or the ability to show/hide Production, Units, Group association and so on

i guess its implemented..you can put it to this place now if you want^^
