Summary of the issue (title of the post) Map: Popup settings are avaible in the guest access
Overview of the bug (description): The popup settings (below the mini map) are avaible in the guest access, but I can not use them. If I opnem them I got only a error message:
If you are logged in at the world you will get: Request failed. The server may be experiencing difficulties.
If you are not logged in you will get: Your session has expired, please login again.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the guest access
2. Go to the map
3. Open the popup settings
