Implemented: link to the devblog

I have been trying to get to the devblog from the .net page, or I am missing something or its just not there.

I checked .de, there they have a link in the header along with the normal blog. I suggest this to be implemented everywhere?

correction, I thought .de had it, but its gone now, as is their entire blog link there. At any rate, I had to bookmark the devblog to be able to get to it, as I figure the announcement on the homepages will soon vanish on all servers.

I've added a link to the DevBlog on the Beta homepage, and will mention the idea to .NET's CM. :)

May we have it in the forum header as well, as the devblog has a very strong relation to this forum as well in my opinion? :)
