Not a bug: Instant Paladin Revive

I'll need a little more details about "I can not get this to work". Do you get any errors? Do you have screenshots? A screen recording perhaps if it's on mobile?
 
It is on laptop. I can just not use the item. I just did it as normal and no problem. But like the use item was missing
