Incoming / Returning traders are not updatet correctly.
Overview of the bug (description):
At the moment, the traders are returning the 'command' under "Your transports" is removed but the amount of resources that your traders are capable of wearing (the amount in brackets under Send Resources >> Resources) is not updated.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Accept an offer
2. Wait until the traders are returning
3. "Feel the bug"
