This has been bothering me since 7.x, and although some elements already went to the css-file with 8.0, there are still some hardcoded styles/images and few new ones too.
For some graphic packages those elements are fatal, especially when overall brightness is turned upside down or (less bad, but still ugly) saturation differs a lot.
What I noticed so far in 8.0, sorted by "fatality":
Maybe there's more, don't know yet. I'd like to know if this stuff will find its way to the css-file.
I put it here this time, because Bug-Tracker seemed inappropriate.

- Map Popup - Border-color, background-color of walking durations (makes them undecipherable in dark packages with light font)
- Coordinates around map - Background-color, font-color
- Group container below map - Border-color, background-color
- +/- Buttons in village overview - Image-link itself
- BB-Codes - Image-link itself
