Implemented: Filter: add option to also filter account sitter requests

We had some trouble in the last few days with a massive spammer who always uses the account sitter requests to annoy other players. Except for a punishment there is nothing the player can do so it would be useful to add such a filter option.

Are you thinking a filter along the same lines as the 'Invitations' filter, or one that is customizable per player?

First I thought about a filter like the 'Invitations' filter (should be easier to implement) but maybe a customizable filter like the blocked players for messages is better.

Hm, having given this a bit more thought, would it be preferable to allow players to set up a black-list of players who aren't allowed to send sitting requests, or a white-list of players who can send such requests? (The white-list would have two settings, deactivated, which would be the same as the current situation, and activated, which would be as described above.)

yes a blacklist
eighter a extra blacklist for sitter requests, or combined with the other blacklists, one list for players which you block for everything: igms, forwarded reports, sitter requests, and friendship requests too probably because there they could also "spam" by asking for friendship and cancelling it all the time (until now you can only filter all friendship requests but not from single players)

+5 Block further requests from this player.

i still like it, a blacklist for all spammers for everythin would be nice
