When I tried to upgrade a level 2 farm to a level 3 farm I got the following message:
"Request failed. The server may be experiencing difficulties."
Not sure this is a 'BUG' but the server time with this problem started at 21:43 and continues through 21:55 and still counting.

Server time clock is now 22:11 and counting but the problem persists.
Server time clock is now 22:35 and counting and problem persists. The village coordinates are,
510|494 (K 45). I hope this will be resolved soon.
This problem is larger than I suspected. I can not upgrate any of the buildings, mines, etc. until this server issue is cleared up!
I await a reply on this issue.
