Rejected: Complete Tutorial

Hey... some pleyers will chose not to complete some tutorials... like
- invite a friend
- call out militia

can be implemented a feature that user is able not to complete that task (not get reward) and that icon to dissapear?

for example this... i don't need to complete... so make a button to dissapear FOREVER (ofcourse... not getting reward)
