Browser Notifications shows wrong building level
Overview of the bug (description):
If you upgrade the hiding place at level 3 and 4 and you go to an other page. After finishing the construction of Hiding place level 3 you get a browser notification: Your construction order of Hiding place (level 3) in 001 has been completed. If you don't go to the ingame page you will get after finishing the construction of Hiding place level 4 a browser notification: Your construction order of Hiding place (level 3) in 001 has been completed.
