Not a bug: Barbarian

There was a barbarian right next to me too my left, I did attack it, but I deleted the report (I hate reports ) anyways the next day when I got on it was not a barbarian no more, there is actually a player there right now.

My Question is are you guys starting new players in villas that were barbarian before ?
