1. This is a known issue which exists since the introduction of the tablet and high-resolution phone support and is related to the stagewebview issue. Which means it is an issue in the Adobe Air technology and workarounds have been added to mitigate the effects a bit. The whole issue can affect devices in different ways, on some it will be more intensive and on others it has less impact but the root cause of the issue can not be fixed easily otherwise we would have already fixed it.

2. The player originally reported this on the german server and thus should be handled and answered there. DE has also a community management which could have given you this information, so please report issues from other servers on the respective server especially as you are a moderator in DE as well.
