i think if an account in your tribe is deleted (because of inactivity or because he deleted his account himself) this could be written into the tribal events (where you see when somebody left the tribe and so on)
this would help to keep an overview, later you can see which account was in the tribe how long, and so on
and an account deletion is as important for a tribe, as a leaving of the tribe would be, in my opinion, this is something important
