Beta versions are to find bugs.... hy would they have the beta ...
And, usually, betatesters are not normal sample. Sometimes / uhm, often / counterproductive to add to the program requirements're from betatesters. It makes the program useless for normal users.

Sure. Just explain "voting weights" (weights? hope same meaning in EN).
Some ideas are fine for all, some for developers only, some for power users. And usually, power users want sw more complex, but it discourages normal users. So every company must be careful when implementing special settings. To displeasure of experienced users, often superficial and absurd improvements implemented, but which meets the general population.
... just note the facts with which it is better to calculate in advance, we were not disappointed ...

Just not to be discouraged if ideas appreciated by "all" /beta "all"/ goes to void.

Beta is not for new ideas. The 'Suggestions and Discussion' forum on .net is for that - and the same thing on every other TW version.
